How fast do you ship and what service do you use?

We know you are excited to receive your bícíbits order, so we do our best to roll it out the studio door at top speed. All orders placed through bícíbits.com are packed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Monday through Friday-excluding holidays.

Shipping method is USPS with tracking. Allow 2-7 days for delivery from date shipped. At this time bícíbits is shipping to Contiguous US Addresses only. If you need it to go OCONUS then please reach out prior to placing your order.

What is your return policy?

Your ride smile is of the upmost importance, so please initiate a return 30 days from purchase. We are happy to accept returns or return for exchanges as long as products are in new condition.
That means:

Tags are still attached
Not worn
Not washed
No stains- Please be sure you that are clean – not sweaty, dirty, happy, prior to trying on a garment or accessory and no makeup or deodorant stained items will be accepted under our return policy as they are no longer sellable. This includes animal hair and fur. We do love our furry friends. Just not on the product.

No returns or exchanges on custom product unless there is a manufacture defect.
No returns or exchanges on Clearance items. Clearance means we are clearing out to make room for new bike stuff.
Please reach out prior to placing your order if you have any questions. We are always stoked to help ensure you are thrilled with all things bícíbits.

We do not at this time include return postage labels, but will give your exchange item a free ride back once original has arrived and been processed, as long as it is the same or like product.

Returns are refunded as quickly as possible. Please allow the standard 14-20 days for it to appear on your credit card statement.

Warranty Policy on apparel and accessories

bícíbits products are designed for lastingness, with a joyful long life as long as care instructions are followed.
Please ensure you follow the care instructions on each garment label, or product, and any instructions on the website for accessories, jewelry or bike art.

Damaged items due to wear and tear such as abrasions, rips, tears, stains, chain grease, furry friends, UV degradation, misuse or neglect is not covered under our warranty policy. We stand by our product so if there is manufacturer defect please contact bícíbits so we can help.

Where do you make all the bike love?

Magnificent question! bícíbits has a studio in Dallas, TX and a remote studio up on the Rocky Mountains in Chaffee County, CO.
We do our earnest to always print, manufacture custom steel, sew and source locally, regionally and support small businesses. When product comes from larger operations as with the apparel and accessories, all attempts are made to ensure fair trade labor practices are, and to minimize the impact on the environment. All sun catchers, jewelry, bike art, are built by the founder and a small, but amazing crew pitch in during the busy times.

How do I determine what size to buy?

At this time we are working on new size charts for all the apparel and accessories. T-Shirts, Long Sleeve Jerseys, and Hoodies all state in the description the basic fit. If you have any questions about sizing please feel free to contact us and we will help recommend the appropriate size for you.

Where Can I send Feedback?

We always appreciate getting your feedback! You can send your feedback directly to us by email and we will pass it on to our designer, staff, and suppliers. You can also always leave a product review on our website. We love to spread the bike vibes!
We’re the ones responding to every email, building almost every piece, designing all of it, testing it out, packing and shipping every package and posting and responding to social media, so please be kind-hearted and a bit patient, especially with the founder. You know she had her brain bonked quite hard. We love what we do and we will always do the very best we can to give you a stellar experience.
