I’ll gladly accept your return of clean, undamaged, and unworn merchandise within 14 days of shipment for exchange or refund. Returns of merchandise received after 14 days of shipment will be exchanged or refunded on a discretionary basis for merchandise credit for the purchased value of the product, and will be subject the shipping charge.
If you wish to return your purchase for a refund, I'll credit your original method of payment for the merchandise purchase price. If you wish to exchange your purchase for a different size, color or style you will only be charged applicable shipping charges.
I regret that I cannot accept returns on the following items: custom order metal bike art. (Unless of course there is a defect with the item- I promise to try and never let that happen!) Please always feel free to contact me with any questions on your order.

If a customer would like expedited processing, BiciBits is usually more than happy to comply, just send an email letting me know what you need.
Orders sent via first class mail usually take between 3-7 business days for delivery. Orders sent via Priority mail are generally delivered within 3 business days. International orders to Canada average around 7 days with other international destinations ranging between 1-2 weeks.

All thanks to you! The complete tally is not yet in but over $550 and approximately $3,400 through in-kind donations were generated to non profits. The majority of the in-kind donations were auctioned to extremely charitable folks at their events by the non-profits as contributions to their programs. I don’t know about you, but I’m super big chainring stoked!
As a small business still sprouting wings, I am proud of what can be accomplished when love and kindness, partnership with like minded industry collaborators and awesome friends come together to do good. Huge kudos to all that came out to play!
